Cinnamon Tea (2/5)

Loaded with antibiotics and antioxidants, it also has a comforting smell that boosts sleep and metabolism. While honey and lemon also have the same properties, they add flavor to the tea.

You will need

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • Teaspoon Honey (optional)
  • Tablespoon Lemon(optional)


  • Boil a cup of water and add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon power while it is brewing. Then let it simmer for some time so that the cinnamon powder seeps in the water for about 5 minutes. Then take the tea out of the flame and let it cool for about 20 to 30 minutes. 

If you prefer having it warm, you can add the honey and let it sit for about five more minutes before drinking it. or If you like to drink it cold, add the lemon juice, stir it and keep the lid open.
