Cinnamon is a fragrant and delicious spice that we sometimes use to give an extra flavor to our dishes. But, it has antibacterial benefits, and it’s high in antioxidants. 

You can add one teaspoon of cinnamon powder to a cup of warm water. Then, you strain the solution and try to gargle with it two to three times a day.
