To make this, you will need
- 1 lime
- 1 lemon
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 orange
- Mint leaves
- 1cm finely chopped ginger
- 200g ice
- 150ml chilled pomegranate juice
- 250ml water
Method
Boil the ginger in the water and allow it to cool. Slice the lime, lemon, grapefruit, and orange in thin circles and place them in a pitcher. Pour the pomegranate juice over it and then the ginger water. Garnish it with the mint leaves and crushed ice for a refreshing drink in the morning or after a sweaty workout.
