Fruits and vegetables with peanut butter are such a great combination, and they are very healthy. The peanut butter has about 94 calories per 1 tbs. Just put a bit on each piece of fruit or vegetable is enough to give it some buttery flavor.

You can also put peanut butter on bananas. It is so good!
