The ingredients you will need are
- 1/3 Gooseberry juice
- 1/3 Pear Juice
- 1/3 Pineapple water
- A pinch of pink Himalaya salt
Method
Extract gooseberry juice by boiling it for about 5 minutes until they are tender. Let it cool and remove the core. Grind and separate the juice by filtering it.
Add the cucumber juice and pineapple to the gooseberry juice. Blend it in low speed and sprinkle the pink salt to cut off the acidity in the pineapple juice.
