If it’s called Hawaiian pizza it must be from Hawaii, Right? Not even close. In fact, this clever creation was made in Canada. Sam Panopoulos, a retired chef, first created the dish at Satellite Restaurant in 1962 and according to Panopoulos, no one else in his local area was making pizza at the time. That must be a quite misunderstanding.
