For this detox water, you will need:
- 500 ml of cold water
- 3 lemons squeezed
- 1 fresh sliced lemon
- A handful of fresh mint leaves
- 2- 3 tablespoon raw honey
Method
Mix the honey and lemon juice in a cup with a tight lid. Add half of the mint leaves and grind it at the bottom of the container. Then slowly pour the cold water over it. Put in the sliced lemons and the remaining mint leaves. Close the lid and let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before drinking it.
