Kids are always excited to eat this for dinner. They are super easy and quick to make. All you need to do is to put some tortilla chips on a sheet pan, throw some black beans, leftover Rotisserie chicken, corn and cheese.
Then cook them in a 425-degree oven for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is all melted.
You need to take them out and top with salsa, tomatoes, sour cream or guacamole.
