Both parsley and lemon juice are rich sources of vitamin C, which aids digestion as well as fat oxidation. It is one of the best remedies for weight loss.

You will need 1 cup of parsley leaves, a half cup of water and half a lemon.

  • You have to wash the parsley leaves and blend them.
  • Add the juice of half a lemon and honey.
