Try to make real conversations if things are bothering you. Talking about your problems can help lower your stress. You can tell family members, friends, your doctor, or a therapist.
To help reduce stress, you need to listen carefully to what you’re saying when you’re stressed out. Try not to give yourself a negative message, and if so, change it to a positive one. For example, instead of telling yourself, “I can’t do this.” Tell yourself instead: “I can do this,” or “I’m doing the best I can.”
